Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing Courses, Masterclasses, or Subscriptions from DesignerHub, a brand operated by DesignerHub Learning LLP (“Company”, “DesignerHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Refund and Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases made on the DesignerHub platform. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling, as different rules apply to single Masterclass purchases, Course packages, and third-party purchases.

Please note that violations of our Terms of Use or any applicable policies may result in denial of refunds or rescheduling requests.

1. Masterclass Purchase Policy

DesignerHub strives to deliver a high-quality learning experience. However:

  • No refunds are provided for Masterclass purchases once the payment is completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a Masterclass, you may contact us at info@designerhub.in for grievance redressal.

  • Any resolution offered will be at the discretion of DesignerHub and does not guarantee a refund.

This policy is in accordance with Indian consumer laws for digital services where access is provided immediately or reserved.

2. Course Purchase – Refund And Rescheduling

Rescheduling

  • Courses may be rescheduled to a future month, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling does not entitle the user to a refund.

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made before the start of the scheduled Course month.

Post-Commencement Rescheduling

  • If the Course has already commenced (after the 1st day of the scheduled month), rescheduling requests must be raised within the first 10 days of the Course.

  • Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)

DesignerHub offers a 100% refund only in the following case:

  • If access to the Course or Workshop is not provided within 60 days from the start of the selected Course month, due to reasons solely attributable to DesignerHub.

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund decisions are made based on verification and at the reasonable discretion of the Company, in line with applicable laws.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • User unavailability

  • Change of mind

  • Partial attendance

  • Failure to attend after access is granted

3. Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased a Course or Masterclass through a third-party platform or vendor:

  • DesignerHub cannot process refunds or cancellations for such purchases.

  • Refunds, if any, will be governed by the third-party vendor’s refund policy.

  • You must contact the respective third-party platform directly for assistance.

4. Refund On Token Amount

  • Token amounts paid to reserve a seat are non-refundable.

  • If you believe there is a genuine issue, you may write to info@designerhub.in with supporting details.

  • If found valid, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
